My sessions are flexible, collaborative, and designed to support real change. I offer one-to-one therapy, small group work, and corporate wellbeing sessions. But the heart of my work is individual therapy โ where, I believe, the real transformation takes place.
Hereโs my 5-Step way of working together:


Step 1: Exploratory Call
A no-pressure, 30 minute phone or video call for you to find out more about my approach and how it could work for you. You can talk about whatโs going on at the moment, tell me about what youโve already tried, your expectations, hopes and concerns and ask any questions you wish.
Iโll explain how my approach works in practice and our respective roles and responsibilities. Then, without any obligation or follow-up emails/calls, you can take time to decide whether weโre a good fit and if youโd like to take the next step.

Step 2: Grounding, Re-focusing & Re-building
This step consists of 3 x 1-hour sessions which give you a practical introduction to my approach where youโll;
- Get a full assessment and clear understanding of your distressing symptoms, what they mean and why they should be welcomed, not feared.
- Learn basic self-hypnosis and other techniques that will help you relieve distressing physiological symptoms, sleep better and regain energy.
- Learn techniques to help you work with your brain more positively and to begin introducing small, stepped activities to help restore self-belief, self-confidence and hope.
- Collaborate on โbetween-sessionโ work to help you embed new skills and techniques so they become habitual and automated.
- Get opportunities to provide regular feedback and ask questions.
Cost – ยฃ150
This cost also includes;
- All Zoom calls.
- Audio recordings and written exercises and information (via email and Drop Box) you can retain and use in future.
- Emails between sessions to provide accountability and support.
**What you learn in this step may be sufficient for you to move straight to Step 4 without completing any of the steps in between.
Step 3: Empowering & Experimenting
This step builds on the skills you learned in Step 2, and consists of 3 x 1 hourly sessions that include;
- Agreeing on and setting a series of small, manageable goals to help you move towards a life that is meaningful and joyful for you.
- Building a strategy to meet those goals aligned to your values, strengths and taking account of your available time and other commitments.
- Learning specific skills and techniques to help you overcome current problems and issues you anticipate may get in the way of achieving your goals and aspirations.
- Safely rehearsing your new skills and techniques before experimenting with them in real-life situations.
- Setting โbetween-sessionโ work so that you can practice the skills and techniques you have learned in session. This is critical to embed new, more helpful ways of thinking and behaving to help you achieve your ideal lifestyle.
- Opportunities to provide feedback, discuss and collaborate on the focus of sessions.
Cost – ยฃ200
The cost also includes;
- All Zoom calls.
- Regular support and accountability check-ins between sessions.
- Personalised audio recordings, written exercises and information sheets (via DropBox and Email) for you to access, use, keep and refer to in future.
**Although my approach is designed to be speedy and efficient, depending on the severity, longevity and number of issues you wish to resolve more sessions may be required. This being the case discounted rates for single and bundled sessions will be offered.
Step 4: Future-Proofing Session
This consists of 1x 1hour session to;
- Review what has been covered in our sessions
- To consolidate and future-proof what has worked for you
- To consider ways you might generalise your new skills to resolve or better manage other issues that could arise.
- To agree to ending our work together and feedback on your experience.
Cost – ยฃ50
This cost also includes;
- A monthly accountability email for the first 3 months after the Future-Proofing Session
The option of a 30 minute, 3-Month Review (via Zoom or phone) to check how youโre doing, answer any questions and discuss any additional assistance you may need.
Step 5: Check-In and Boosting
This session is free and provided 3 months after final session. It gives you the opportunity to ask any questions, provide feedback or discuss any new ideas youโve had.ย ย
And if you need a little additional support to get you back on track in future, these Check-in and Boosting sessions are offered at a discounted rate, as โone -offsโ.
Important Note:
Effective therapy takes your commitment, open-mindedness, effort and time. The real change happens in the space between sessions, when you practice the skills and techniques and apply what youโve learned in your daily life. And Iโll be supporting you every step of the way!
