Firstly, let me reassure you that the distressing symptoms you’re experiencing do not mean there’s something fundamentally wrong with you. There isn’t.
The constant worry about the future, feeling like you can’t breathe, racing heart or not being able to sleep? Then feeling exhausted and hopeless, while everyone else appears to be doing so well?
All perfectly normal reactions of a healthy body and mind doing their best to protect you.
In your personalised 5 Step Plan, I’ll help you understand what’s really going on, then create an action strategy to help you, your mind and your body transform into a highly effective team. Step-by-step, with my belief and support, in your own time.

Having low self-esteem is caused by a number of factors, can impact your ability to manage personal relationships and even affect you at work.
By identifying the underlying causes, and what is maintaining them, we will work through your issues together, and help you build your self-confidence.

Stress and Anxiety
Distressing and debilitating levels of stress and anxiety, as a result of major life changes, is not something you have to live with, despite what you might think.
When you learn to effectively cope with excessive anxiety or worry you feel calmer, more energised and confident about your life.

Fear and Phobias
When a healthy level of discomfort or disgust, in relation to a situation or object, evolves into paralysing and intense feelings of fear and anxiety, over and over again, it’s likely you’ve developed a phobia.
You can empower yourself with practical techniques, including being able to relax and de-sensitise, for a healthier relationship with whatever you’re irrationally frightened of!
What’s Involved
I provide a collaborative, down-to-earth, 5-Step Plan using different tried and tested therapeutic approaches, such as, cognitive behavioural therapy and self-hypnosis. Your Plan is tailored to your specific issues, lifestyle and what you want to achieve from our work together.
My role is to help you to:
- Feel safe and supported, believed and understood.
- Understand your mind and body and effective ways of working with them.
- Re-introduce activities you loved before you felt so bad. Or introduce things you might imagine wanting to do if your issues magically disappeared.
- Learn practical techniques to give you more energy, help you re-focus and resolve the distressing symptoms and issues getting in your way now.
- Rebuild trust, confidence and belief in yourself and future-proof your new skills to better manage any future problems.
Your role in the process is simple. To be as authentic, open-minded and collaborative as you can, commit time and effort to doing the work involved and provide honest feedback.
